Things to remember while entering the campus
- Keep your double dose vaccination certificate handy while entering campus. There will be random checks at the gate by the Security team
- would need to produce valid negative RT-PCR report (72 hours) in case of single vaccination or if they have travelled between states despite being dual vaccinated
- Please wear masks, & follow Covid protocols
- Documents to Carry:
- Cany 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)

Job Location: Bangalore or Pune
We are looking for freshers and talents with 1 Year experience. Talents should have graduation completion certificate and mark sheets for onboarding.
Qualification:
- CS Roles:: Any graduate with 15years of formal education
- SD Roles:: Graduate with 15 years of formal education in BCA/BTECH/MCA/BE/MSc/BSC- Computer Science
Shift and Venue Details:
- Shifts : Night Shift – Work from Office.
- Experience : 0 to 2 years of Experience
Job Description::
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
- knowledge in using ticketing tools such as Service now, Remedy, control M will be added advantage
- Knowledge of resolving queries utilizing voice skill on any of VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, Active directory
- General support knowledge of Operating systems across various platforms and basic concepts of networking, cloud computing
- Productivity applications like Microsoft office tools.
- Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment
- Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues
- Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
- Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer’s time
- Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value
- Work from Office

Original Government ID card is must for Security Clearance.
