JOB Role:
Responsible to execute, review & promote the sales of Ice Cream product by extending support to the entire Sales team, with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISO guidelines.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Visiting at least 25 Retails/ Kirana.
- Visiting institutions, Caterers.
- MRF Merchandising.
- New outlet expansion.
- Ensure proper placement, visibility & facing, shelf space, stock availability, stock condition (FIFO) and Hygiene of products at stores/channels.
- Assets management.
- Plan, Execute & promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
- Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
- Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & outstanding.
- Monitor & review the distribution / channel marketing system.
- Develop market intelligence on competitor activities, prices, schemes.
- Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.
Required Candidate profile:
Experience: 0-3 years.
Preferred Industry: FMCG, Dairy Industry.
Age:- 22 - 30 years.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Preferably: Male Candidates with Two Wheeler with valid License.
