Job Description

 The primary job of a customer service representative is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

1. Resolve customer complaints via email/chat.

2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

3. Making sure that customer's Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.

4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
Job Requirements:

  • Good Written & Spoken  is required.
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers.
  • Candidate must be comfortable working in 24*7 rotational Shift.
  • Open to work from Office.

Salary : 15000 to 35000 per month
