We have Urgent opening for Junior Officer- HR - Mumbai with HDB Financial Services Ltd.
HDB Financial Services is a subsidiary of HDFC Bank. HDB Financial Services (HDBFS) is a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) that caters to the growing needs of an Aspirational India, serving both Retail & Commercial Clients. HDB also caters in BPO Services to HDFC Bank Operations.
Job Role: Junior Officer - HR (Backoffice Role)
Job Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai
Role and Responsibilities:
-> Preparing Headcount file for Sales Vertical on daily basis.
-> Preparation of Daily Action Master reports (Hiring , Movement and Separation ) on daily basis.
-> Guiding Mentors for INSTA Hiring platform of Sales Officer/Officer on Joining process.
-> Co-ordination with Vendor (OSource) for resolving joining related queries on Hiring for Sales Officer/Officer.
-> Resolving the queries on mails received on Officer New Joinee Helpdesk pertaining to Joining and Post Joining.
-> Reconciliation of various Sales Officer/Officer Reports.
Skills Required:
Candidate has to be Graduate
Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience in HR Backoffice
Fluency in English
Good with MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot etc.)
Candidate should be preferably located in Central Line - not beyond Thane
*** Candidate should be vaccinated with at least one dose of Covid vaccine.
