Roles and Responsibilities
- To assist customer / technicians with telecommunication issues.
- Providing technical assistance on call.
- Working in a team to achieve defined SLAs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
- Good knowledge of Telecommunication industry.
- Knowledge of Computers & Networking.
- Knowledge about Signal flow/Data Transmission
- Basic knowledge of Telecom Technology CDMA/GSM/Ethernet.
- Fare understanding of Wireline & Wireless Network Technologies
- Awareness about SWITCH, MUX, DEMUX & ROUTER along with their functionalities
- Must be Good in Analytical Thinking & Reasoning skills.
