Doing Outbound calls and managing sales of our products.
• Target driven for Crores.
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
• Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Good knowledge of Computer
2. Good knowledge of product and process at Digit
3. Knowledge of basic Excel
4. Service oriented mindset
5. Strong communication in English & Hindi Mandatory.
