Description
This role will support duty mitigation projects including duty drawback and free trade agreements.
Responsibilities include:
- Recordkeeping activity for historical and current claims
- Pull ACE and SAP reports
- Obtaining airway bill records from Applied ERP systems and/or from logistics web portals
- Creating and maintaining shipment reports
- Auditing logistics records for accuracy
- Ability to identify and resolve document discrepancies
- Prepare and provide claim reports to drawback provider
- Communicating with logistics providers and internal stakeholders
- Communication with suppliers, obtain and manage country of origin data and certificates of origin from suppliers
- Data analytics and metrics
- Maintain written procedures in support of program processes
Experience in SAP, duty drawback, free trade agreements helpful. Excel skills a must.
