JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To interact with customers and keep communication regarding Billing.
- Gathering and documenting client info, payment ways, purchases, and reactions to Billing Updates.
- Keeping up thus far on informing customers of their Bill Due dates.
- Answering customers on Billing related Queries.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- Must Be Soft spoken/ Must Know Gujarati Hindi.
- Minimum SSC/HSC/Graduate.
- The patience and skill to interact with customers.
