Roles and Responsibilities
Job Title/Designation:
- Telesales / Inside Sales
Job Role:
1. To deliver the desired revenue target numbers.
2. Cross-Selling to existing customers & Acquisition of new customers.
3. To provide solutions to the Customers financial needs.
4. To systematically execute the sales process to facilitate delivery of revenue targets.
5. Preparing and maintaining Sales Call reports and all relevant MIS.
6. Selling all kinds of products on calls to the customers
7. To execute monthly sales plan to acquire large prospective clients and ensure regular
contact with all mapped clients through regular weekly / monthly Calls.
8. Daily tracking & follow-ups
9. To ensure 100% client penetration for business sourced by building relationships &
enabling increase in share of wallet & revenues.
10. Handle the telesales / Inside sales team
Experience: 1to 3 years
