Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To deliver outstanding service by understanding users IT and business needs
  • Identify & diagnose issues, problems & Service request.
  • Flexible working approach due to working hours.
  • Acting as a routine point of contact to support service users and customer reporting incidents, service request, access or other services.
  • Develop and maintain rapport with end users. Advise users on appropriate course of action.
  • Monitor Incidents from start to resolution.
  • Escalate, if needed, unresolved incidents to next level of support.
  • Team Collaborations

Experience & Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • 1 - 2 years experience in customer support, voice support, IT service desk environment
  • Good troubleshooting/ problem solving skills, Ability to take ownership of requests
  • Basic IT knowledge-Hardware, Operating System, Microsoft products, Word, Excel and Outlook, O365, Basic Networking concept, Basic ITIL knowledge
  • Support problem identification
  • Experienced in Ticketing tool i.e. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira etc.
  • Accelerate complex cases
  • Managing service documentation
