Summary / Role Purpose
Join the Ansys Customer Excellence (ACE) team to drive customer adoption of Ansys solutions to achieve business success. You will be part of a passionate, dynamic team that capture, architect and deploy Ansys technical contents from all technical teams to incubate, develop and transform Ansys userbase and continue grow their digital engineering competencies. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your technical knowledge & soft skills further while broadening the appeal of numerical simulation and Ansys products to a global market.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical Content Developers to create engaging learning activities and compelling technical course content
- Update existing technical content to new software release
- Create supporting multi-media content (audio, video, captions, etc)
- Format, edit, review technical content
- Publish content in Ansys Learning Hub (ALH) and other platforms
- Performs other duties as assigned to improve the overall quality of content portfolio
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
- Required education and degree type: Bachelors degree in engineering or liberal arts with a STEM related major
- Required minimum years of professional experience in a corporate setting with a focus on technical content development: BS+2
- Intermediate knowledge of presentation and spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Projects a professional image and demonstrates business acumen, driven to succeed
- Logical problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in writing and speaking English

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Education and years of professional experience in a corporate setting with a focus on technical content development: BS+4, MS+0
- Working knowledge of content authoring tools
- Working knowledge in instructional design concepts
- Experience with engineering simulation and CAE
