Walk-in drive for Team Leaders for an Inbound CSR Process
Candidate should have good Communication skills.
Team Coach/Team Leads/Assistant Team Lead can apply.
Responsible for day to day activities of the team.
Looking for candidates having experience in BPO.
Candidate should be proficient in Attrition management, Shrinkage Managemen and Roster Management.
