1. Candidates should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

2. Candidates should have knowledge of Manpower handling & be able to manage floor operations.

3. Candidates should have control of Manpower & get desired IPP easy to work in shift-wise duty

4. Candidates should have process knowledge of Service Centre operations.

5. Candidates should have good communication who can coordinate with internal Management & client (If required)

6. Candidates should be able to prepare reports as per requirement by internal Management & client.
