Roles and Responsibilities -
- A strong consultancy background experience is a plus.
- You will responsible for base-lining JDs with hiring managers.
- Sourcing, screening resume & interview scheduling & coordination.
- Assist Recruiters in planning and coordinating hiring events across locations.
- Maintain a database of candidate records and real-time data on recruitment status.
- You will be working closely with project members to effectively deliver on the requirements.
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined focused scope of work.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and develop a good understanding of the requirements.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
