Min 3 yrs of Exp. in handling Interior project planning - in variety of Hotels & restaurants / QSR both Operational as well as pre-opening properties for Renovation, Interiors work , New Store Opening .

Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of Interiors Design and architecture work aspects which are important and essential for a quality execution of Interiors Projects.

Should be formally qualified in Interior Designing & should be well versed with Co-ordination, Technical Drawings, Concept Design, Design Review, Milestones follow ups on Projects deliverables , Vendor management .

Mandatory - Must know to work independently and end to end on Tools like Autocad, Photoshop , MS Projects etc.

A Degree in Project management and Interiors will be an added Advantage.

Candidate should be from or Currently working in Bangalore Only / willing to relocate to Bangalore & has special capability on handling Hotel Interiors Design and projects management.

Candidate should be open with the travelling needs of Job within and outside city from time to time.
