Roles and Responsibilities
- Implementing the organization's goals and policies along with the managers.
- Responsible for operation & maintenance of coding machines.
- Responsibility for the safety of Personnel, facilities & Equipment.
- Direct responsibility to provide the raw materials for production through the store.
- Indirect responsible for discipline for the workforce.
- Indirect responsibility to implement daily preventive maintenance schedule.
- Responsible for maintaining GMP & GHK in their respective areas.
- Responsible for daily tracking & calculation of Line Productivity, Production Productivity & Production Breakage (Cap & Crown yields)
- Responsible for shift-wise production.
Responsible for proper Manpower utilization.
- Responsible to control Glass Breakage.
- Responsible for breakdown maintenance.
- Responsible for calculating & minimize Filler downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree (Engineering) from a reputed institute
- Proven ability to work in team-working style in complex, inter-dependent organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet the desired deadlines.
- Imagination & Creativity
