Description
1. Responsible for business target achievement through Sales of Financial Products
(Business Loan, Personal Loan, and Used Car Loan).
2. Responsible for Lead Generation (LG) Activation through regular engagement with the Team.
3. Conduct regular sales activities and catchment areas to generate leads.
4. Ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
5. Uses simple persuasion techniques to achieve the desired result / action / commitment from
Skills:-
- Knowledge to handle Clients in sales direct market aspect.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Problem-solving attitude.
