Description
The position looks after the end-to-end recruitment for our various IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring optimal candidate experience and closure of positions within given TAT.
Job Role & Responsibilities -
- Sourcing of potential candidates from various sources like internal databases, job portals, networking, recruitment firms, or employee referrals
- Screening the potential candidates on various parameters (education, professional qualifications, skillsets) and referring them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate
- Effectively communicating the role and responsibilities of the position to candidates
- Scheduling interviews, negotiating salaries, completing documentation, releasing offer, following-up with candidates till joining, and ensuring their smooth onboarding in the organization
- Acting as SPOC for candidates, hiring manager, recruitment partner and other cross-functional teams
Skills Required -
- Excellent communication skills with ability to persuade and negotiate with various stakeholders
- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
- Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
- Passion for hiring and going beyond traditional methods
- Experience in talent acquisition desired
Eligibility Criteria -
- >70 % in classes 10 and 12
- >60% in B. Tech or Any graduation + MBA (HR)
