Job Description

The position looks after the end-to-end recruitment for our various IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring optimal candidate experience and closure of positions within given TAT.

Job Role & Responsibilities -

  • Sourcing of potential candidates from various sources like internal databases, job portals, networking, recruitment firms, or employee referrals
  • Screening the potential candidates on various parameters (education, professional qualifications, skillsets) and referring them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate
  • Effectively communicating the role and responsibilities of the position to candidates
  • Scheduling interviews, negotiating salaries, completing documentation, releasing offer, following-up with candidates till joining, and ensuring their smooth onboarding in the organization
  • Acting as SPOC for candidates, hiring manager, recruitment partner and other cross-functional teams

Skills Required -

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to persuade and negotiate with various stakeholders
  • Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
  • Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
  • Passion for hiring and going beyond traditional methods
  • Experience in talent acquisition desired

Eligibility Criteria -

  • >70 % in classes 10 and 12
  • >60% in B. Tech or Any graduation + MBA (HR)
