Description
• Position holder will be an individual contributor
• Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients using telephonic and/or video conversations
• Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMART
• Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined
• Prompt resolution of client complaints
• Assist the field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures
• Daily 10-12 meaningful telephone/video calls with clients
