Roles and Responsibilities
Purpose of the Role:
To promote the Training programs and generate high quality leads & walk-ins of
students interested in joining our Training programs, supporting the Academy to
meet the Inception Targets on time.
Key Deliverables:
• Promote company’s training programmers to potential students
• Drive high-quality leads to the center for enrollments
• Perform marketing and sales activities in order to drive enrollment and revenue
for the center
Job Responsibility:
• Visit villages and create awareness about EduBridge through demos and
distribution of marketing materials
• Touch a high volume of leads and generate student database for current and
future enrollments
• Generate high-quality leads at villages and guide them to the Center Counsellor
for further enquiry
• Regularly coordinate with the Trainer and the Counsellor to gain high-level
understanding of the training content and common questions from the students
• Identify and develop Rural Network Partners and enable them to deliver the
EduBridge message in their own village/area
• Strategize and plan marketing activities with the Center Manager
• All leads to be sent to Counsellor and Center Manager via WhatsApp daily
• All enquiry forms to be submitted to the Counsellor daily
• All registration money to be handed over to Counsellor against Enquiry form
• Receipt to be collected from Counsellor via email against the registration money
for each student
Approach:
• Actively identifying potential target areas for mobilizing students
• Engaging with potential students to convince them to visit the Academies for
more details
• Creating a mobilization formula after looking at the top leads & channels
Desired Candidate Profile
Education Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline
Prior Work Experience:
• Field sales experience of training or other products/services with at least 12
months of proven track record
• Must be passionate to work for Urban-Rural Development
• Must be from the same district
• Industry: Education/Teaching/Training
• Functional Area: Sales, Retail, Business Development
Functional Competencies:
• Excellent communication and sales skills in the local language
• Excellent knowledge of the local geography
• Ability to understand the student needs and offer the appropriate training
course
• Language skills: local language, and English
