Description :-
- Greeting customer's & find out the needs.
- To be a sales consultant to the customer.
- Describing a product's features & demonstrate use and operation of the product.
- Handling customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise.
- Providing information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
- Maintain sales reports to keep a track the progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Must have retail experience, particularly from sports or fashion brands
- Good presentation skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Must be PUC completed or above
