Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Customer outreach for driving business metrics
  • Proactive identification of opportunities and solve for Serve to sell
  • Handling customer queries/complaints/requests and providing timely and quality resolution
  • Credit Rotation and repeat purchase.
  • Ensuring Quality and accuracy in each transaction we do with customers
  • Cross-functional collaboration to drive the key metrics and solve end-to-end for customers. Core Deliverables:
  • Conversion % - Target Vs achievement on core KPI Metrics o Business - Daily orders and growth of customers o Credit
  • Ensuring rotation and Repeat Purchases to maintain the low cost of collection o Service Issue resolution % and TAT
  • Quality score
  • Happiness Score Required Qualifications
  • 12th pass or graduate for experience candidates and only graduate for freshers. 0-3 years experience
  • Experience in ITEs/eCommerce companies in Telesales/ Inside sales, shop floor is preferable
  • Comfortable using computers with knowledge of MS Office or Google sheets • Good Communication & Negotiation skills
  • Effective collaboration skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in the English & Hindi language, both verbal and written; knowledge of regional language is a plus
