JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to promote Milk Product Sales and expansion of distribution networks in the area of operations with an objective to achieve the budgeted business targets & customer satisfaction.

KEY RESULT AREAS

  1. Distributor management :

- Ensure Distributor Get Minimum 24% ROI.- Inventory Management

  • Distributor maintains 2 weeks inventory at all times apart from Market credit.
  • FIFO and Expiry management.
  • Make sure Distributors receive fresh stocks similarly Retailers also get the same fresh stocks.
  • Monitor and follow First In First out stocks flow system to avoid expiry stocks.

- Claim process :- Claims to be submitted in the same or next month to avoid delay and ensure all the claims to be checked and provided the supporting documents for quick reimbursement

  1. POSM Management: Track the POSM received and utilized in the market.
  2. Competition Management:
    1. Monitor, analyze and report the Competitor Price, Promotions, new launches and Marketing activities to take the necessary steps to ensure the sales targets happen and report the same to RSM/ SH/BM & Head - S&D, Cat-3 (FAT Products) on weekly basis.
  3. Plan, Execute & Promote the business & achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
  4. Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
  5. Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.
  6. Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system.
  7. Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
  8. Minimize the leakages, damages & transit losses.
  9. Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.
  10. Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints.
  11. Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.
  12. Assets control and management

Required Candidate profile
Experience : 3-6 yrs of experience in Milk / FMCG
Education : Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation
Preferably Male Candidates only
