We have an urgent opening for Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager
Locations:- Ahmedabad, Anand, Ankleshwar, Himmatnagar, Junagarh, Morbi, Vapi- Gujarat
Job Summary-
Responsible for directly sourcing home loans.
Understanding of product, customer segment, market realities
Understanding of USP of India Shelter.
Proficient in selling home loan products
Building relationships with connectors to take references for sourcing loan.
Building relationships with potential customers and translating it to business outcomes
Understanding of the documentation process and following it religiously
Submission of completed and non-delinquent applications
Sanctioning and Disbursement of files per month as per monthly Target assigned.
Product - Home Loan / Lap/ Mortgage
Qualification - 12th or Graduation
