Description
- Accountable for the Business development in assigned area/Hub/spoke as well as servicing existing client.
- Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially, and ensuring timely disbursement of loan.
- Managing internal & external customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve defined business targets in specified time period.
- Ensure collection of all post disbursement documents.
- Co-ordination between customer & branch officials for sanction & documentation.
- Monitoring the portfolio regularly in order to contain any delinquency symptoms in the initial stage by meeting such clients with proactive measures.
