Summary / Role Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who like interacting with people and who would like to make their career in talent acquisition. In this role, you will get an opportunity to interact with multiple people internal and external and hire high caliber candidates through various sources. You will be working in a competitive environment and exposed to full-recruitment-life-cycle in ANSYS (Engineering, IT and Non-IT) and enhance your knowledge and gain hands-on experience on various systems and processes in a corporate environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will help the Talent Acquisition Specialists in their day-to-day activities.
- Job postings in Naukri.com
- Sourcing and shortlisting of resumes through Naukri.com/LinkedIn/HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Doing preliminary phone screening of candidates
- Interview coordination with hiring managers and candidates
- Coordination with candidates till they join
- Any other recruitment related work
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
- Bachelors degree in any stream
- Masters in HR
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Highly energetic, proactive, open-minded, excellent communication skills, willingness to learn and make an impact to the business.
Salary : 25,000/- per month (10% TDS will be deducted)
Duration : Six Months (Full Time from office). Immediate joining
Working hours : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Leaves : 1.5 days per month
Job Location : Hinjawadi, Phase-1, Pune
