Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates should have minimum 6 months of experience as a QA in BPO for a collections process.
Should be willing to work in Day Shifts with rotational weekly offs.
To identify training / coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager.
To give need based coaching and feedback inputs to the process floors, and undertake quality based floor initiatives, resulting in continuous improvement in performance and quality.
Coaching the agents according to the observations made while monitoring.
Should have excellent communication skills & should be able to manage day to day operations responsibilities, preparing daily, weekly & monthly MIs as per team requirement
