Role description:
QA automation engineers in the Accelerate Program will design and build manual/automated testing frameworks and suites for products. He/ She will be enrolled in a salaried training program offering accelerated career opportunities by being trained on modern tech stack. Post successful completion of 3-5 months of Accelerate Program, he/ she will be deployed in digital transformational projects within the biggest names across the globe.
Accelerate Program:
3-5 months program comprising training on emerging tech stack & internship on live development projects. Tech skills to be covered: Selenium, Cucumber, GlobalLogics proprietary test automation frameworks.
Educational qualification:
B.E/ B. Tech/ M. Tech in Computer Science/Electronics Communication/IT engineering
M.Sc. (Computer Science or IT)/ MCA from Tier 1 institute
Work experience: 12-36 months of experience in Java based manual testing
Must have skills: Proficient in coding with Java along with writing and maintaining test documentation (bug reports, test cases). Understanding of Object Oriented Programming principles.
Good to have skills: Basic understanding of Automation QA tools e.g., Cucumber, Selenium. Understanding of Agile Development methodologies.
Other Skills: Self learner with passion for learning new technologies along with a creative problem solving approach. Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and be able to express themselves with clarity. Should be adaptable to new ideas and have an out of box thinking approach. Effective interpersonal communication skills in a highly collaborative team environment.
