The People Success Associate is an athlete role for HR professionals. The role calls for a very high degree of ownership, accuracy, and data integrity to carry out internal administrative and HR tasks. The People Success Associate will design, develop and deliver employee tasks including, but not limited to, onboarding, payroll and employee relations, and HR documentation. You need to champion the global work guidelines, benefits, and HR processes which enables you to be the first POC to any employee-related queries.

The role requires both deep thinkings as well as agility of actions. It involves a high degree of interaction with internal and external stakeholders - employees, leadership team, HR Business Partners, and vendors. The person is expected to bring in empathy as well as social and interpersonal skills. Given the stage the organization is at, this role requires the person to be strategic, bring in an outside-in view, gather bottom-up feedback and drive charters with tremendous respect for execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire on-boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience for India and the International location i.e. Canada, UK, Australia, Singapore.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit formalities.
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, grievance matters, and all other employee-relations matters.
  • Be the primary backup for payroll processing for India, Canada, UK, Australia, and Singapore, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, PF.
  • Employee Relations: Point person for all staff regarding HR matters.
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking about the issues.
  • Prepare and facilitate the payroll input for India and the International location through PEO.
  • Prepare and maintain all HR-related documents for all employees, consultants, contractors, or any third-party contractor. Should have handled company-related audits.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and PEO portals is a must.
  • Facilitator for any kind of company event if need be.
  • Expert in proactive query management and hands-on experience in handling HR ticketing systems.
  • Aware of all the compliance-related areas from the Maharashtra shops and establishment act.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, bachelor of technology preferred.
  • 3 or 3+ years of experience in Core HR Operations.
  • Knowledge of using HRIS.
  • Good with Excel, MS Powerpoint.
  • Experience in working with Product Software Companies is highly preferable.
  • Honest, ethical, dependable, and accountable.
  • Attentive listener, empathetic, and personable.
