We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Research Analyst. This role primarily focuses on conducting on-field research to understand customer needs and preferences. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting feedback from existing customers on our products, gathering feedback on mobile app user experience, and providing valuable insights to enhance DigiNerve courses. By building strong relationships with our customers, you will provide the product team with insightful feedback and actionable recommendations to develop market-fit products. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth interviews and focus groups with our target audience to identify their pain points, needs, and desires.
  2. Develop and implement surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection methods to gather quantitative and qualitative insights.
  3. Organize and lead customer feedback sessions to gather feedback on our existing products, mobile app, and new course concepts.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their feedback and concerns.
  5. Analyze collected data and provide detailed reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations to the product team.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, Tech, and customer support, to ensure customer insights are integrated into decision-making processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback best practices to continuously improve our customer insights approach.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, psychology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in market research, customer insights, or a similar role.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse individuals.
  4. Familiarity with various research methodologies and tools, including interviews, surveys, focus groups etc.
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. A proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  7. Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to our products is desirable.
