Description
- Look after-sales and operation of his assigned Territory.
- Ensure to promote the entire range of products by focusing segment-wise.
- Ensure that his Planning sheet is being filled correctly & logically on the 1st of every month.
- Ensure that updates his field activities in SMP software on a daily/regular basis.
- Motivating & guiding the team members.
- Make the Strategy for each and every suspect which is qualified as Prospect.
- Make accompanied calls with his team member if required.
- General administration at listed account level to ensure implementation of company policies and schemes.
- Ensure that every Proposal is being prepared in the E Proposal Software and the same should be mailed to the client.
- Product presentation to customers.
- Understand the need for the customer and technical aspects of selling.
- Coordination of FAS.
- Develop Product knowledge.
- Collect outstanding on or before the due date.
- Establish and develop a network of customers.
Required Candidate profile
- Should be Graduate.
- Should have good communication skills, selling skills, and team handling and negotiation skills.
- Should have good knowledge of the related market.
