Profile - Network Engineer ( NOC) #noc
Location - Noida -135, Uttar Pradesh
Urgent Hiring for the profile of NOC Engineer (L1 Support)
Job Role-
NOC Engineers resolve any issues related to the servers, networks, and telecommunications by consistently troubleshooting and monitoring. The skills required for a NOC, or Network Operations Center include network support, network administration and management, switching and routing.
To operate and maintain, OLT ONU/ONT - Fibre Optic Network and follow day to date requests and incidents in line with business requirements.
• Troubleshooting and Resolution
• ISP & Broadband customer handling
• Documentation and Reporting
• Network analysis and routine troubleshooting
• Knowledge of network cabling, network classification and network topology
• Rotational shift (Including night shift)
Key Accountabilities:
- Work as part of NOC team,
- 24 x 7 network monitoring for fault detection and performance issues
- Network monitoring and fault management for GPON network by coordinating with respective stakeholders
- Configurtion of Intercom/Landline of IPPBX like Grand stream/Asterisk/SAN etc.
- Interface directly with Team/vendors during incidents, problems and changes implementation or resolution.
- Strong communication and interface skills to other functional areas.
- To potentially work within the NOC to resolve incidents can or cannot be resolved remotely
Expertise in:
Must aware or hands-on experience on Network devices like Routers & Switches.
Configuring and troubleshooting LAN WAN and Wireless Network
Desirable Requirements:
Networking domain knowledge including TCP/IP protocols
