Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Requires 1+ years of technical experience in the field of Unified Communications and/or Telecommunications
- Bachelors Degree in computer science, Engineering or another technical field
- Experience with VoIP signaling and media transmission such as SIP
- Strong experience with MS TEAMS with UC integration Avaya , Genesys, Ribbon, Kandy telephone systems
- Strong analytical skills, dedication, attention to detail and ability to excel under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology to streamline operations or increase user satisfaction
- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
- Basic Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, Networking, Firewall technologies
Relevant technologies & Tools:
- Experience with enterprise Microsoft Team Direct Routing Deployment
- Experience with telephony protocols (SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP, RTP)
- Experience with web conferencing (audio and video) - design and operational support
- Experience with SIP based Session Managers, Provisioning Manager, Personal Agent Manager, Media Application Servers, PRI Gateways and Associated Element Managers. Support for VOIP phones, TDM and SIP Trunking, Voice Mail, E911, and UC features
- Contact/Call Center experience is a plus
