Responsibilities but not limited to
- Welcomes and connects and provides excellent customer service to all customers.
- Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service.
- Responds to customers needs and says thank you to every customer.
- Has customer comes first attitude and “Just Say Yes” behaviour and should be able to handle customer grievances.
- Follows Licious Standard Operational Procedures along with those for cash handling, cooking/serving standards, display, safety, and
Desired Candidate:
- Minimum HSC completed / Hotel management graduate, diploma holders.
- Experience preferred in retail, QSR or any leading service brands.
- Strong attention to detail, Punctual, works well under pressure, ability to multitask, strong communication skills, good learner,
customer-centric.
- Cheerful warm and exuberant, friendly, social, and affable, passionate foodie with a customer-centric mindset.
