Roles and Responsibilities
Treasury Operations:
- Handling banking transaction e.g. inter-bank fund transfer and debt repayments.
- Responsible for banking user access management which includes new access creation, modification and
deletion.
- Assist in creation and removal of lien on the deposits/MF portfolio for security creation.
- Handle queries from various departments and liaise with Banks, etc. to get them resolved.
- Ensure accuracy and timely repayments of debt and interest.
Cash Management:
- Understand, manage and supervise all aspects of Companys cash flow.
- Daily fund planning and management
- FD placement / mutual fund investment as per the Surplus reporting
- Minimize idle float balances lying across bank accounts.
- Understand, analyse and optimize bank account structures to reduce inefficiencies and enhance controls
Accounting and Others
- Sound knowledge of accounting for banking/borrowing transactions and reconciliation process.
- Evaluate and implement systems to automate payment processes to bring in efficiencies, reduce manual
intervention, enhance controls and reduce floats.
- Undertake automation projects across treasury for process improvements.
- Support in handling various audits like internal and statutory audits.
Preference to be given to person having Banking Operation experience and SAP knowledge
