Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the placement targets including the Paid Placements targets are met for each of the assigned centers within TAT
- Ensure availability of vacancies for each graduated student across all assigned centers. Generated local TAFs at BU Level where Paid TAFs are not available
- Own the relationship with the corporate clients at BU level and facilitate the placement process. For Paid Placement Clients - communicate any client related concerns to the central placements team
- Support the Center Manager and Counsellor in student placement as per the Job Description/Talent Acquisition Form and ensure completion of Document collection
- Regularly coordinate the planned activities with the CM and ROM in order to reflect the priorities
- Support the trainer in conducting assessments to ensure students’ match to the client requirements as per the Job Description/Talent Acquisition Form
- Track all placements on internal software accurately
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop new content on company specific interview requirement
- Collaborate with Trainers and Training Managers to reflect customer requirements in the training process
- Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value of EduBridge graduates.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the job market, center operational challenges & student expectations in the Region
- Supporting the Centre teams in the placements process
- Maintaining a 100% Adherence to SOPs
- Building good and strong relationships with clients
- Build transparency with students throughout the placements process
