Position Reports to the Directors
The role is a vital part of our organization and responsible for full-cycle recruitment and training efforts.
- Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, participating in hiring events, submitting offers of employment, assisting in onboarding, and training new employees for their position.
- Collaborate with Business Heads and Project Managers to identify staffing and training needs.
- Identify training needs for the candidate, organize their training schedule and facilitate training programs and initiatives.
- Translate requirements into pieces of training that will prepare employees for the next step in their career path.
- Assist with Manuh's employer branding initiative to attract and retain talent.
Requirements:
- Must have experience with a complete cycle of IT recruitment and proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition and Training specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources from an institute of repute
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Recruiter.
