Job Description

Hi,

Please find below JD for respective positions.

Mandatory to be from Hotel/ Residential background only with good communication skills.

HELPDESK Executive:-

  • Attend Helpdesk Calls or queries/complaints via the automation tools
  • Polite and appropriate greetings to the used at the time of answering the call or talking to a residents in person
  • Ensuring each call is picked within three rings and the request is completed in defined SLA/TAT
  • Act as the first point of contact for service request calls & requisitions through data and voice support
  • Ensure each request is properly recorded & promptly attended to within the TAT
  • Ensure smooth coordination with the Technical and FM staff for timely completion of call
  • Following up of each work request issued to and ensuring its closure.
  • Feedback call to the resident to ensure that the work is completed as per their satisfaction level or not. Provide feedback to the requester on the status of their request
  • Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly reports. All reports to be shared with the Concierge manager
  • Responsible for a smooth handover and take over process from the shifts
  • Notifying the management / client at site incase if any emergency
  • Respond to emails in timely manner.
  • Completion of all assigned work on time and accurately

Lobby assistant

  • Responsible for maintaining the lobby and supervising the lobby HK boys/team
  • Greeting the guests, assist them with their queries whenever asked.
  • Proactively assisting the old, women and kids with the door, lifts etc.
  • Polite self-introduction when meeting a new resident or welcoming a guest.
  • Assist the guest with directions to the residents house or the lift or offer them a seat at the lobby lounge if the resident has asked them to wait.
  • Responsible for overall management of lobbies in their shift.
  • Ensuring that the lobbies are well maintained, clean, hygienic
  • Maintain a daily report of each lobby
  • Connect with resident whenever required.
  • Maintaining the data related to the visitors moving in
  • Maintaining notice boards at tower lobbies, updating them as and when required.
