Description
Urgent job-need with an IT MNC available on rolls of our organization Software Data(India) Ltd. Work from Home opportunity is available.
Job Summary: To coordinate and support successful execution of L&OD programs.
Daily Tasks:
1. Ensure facilitators / SMEs and team is ready for support and delivery of sessions.
2. Manage enrolments, participant communications, supervisor communications and cancelations for learning activities.
3. Liaise with external learning organizations and internal stakeholders.
4. Develop and document internal and external processes for the efficient coordination of L&D activities.
5. Liaising with external learning organization regarding logistics and participant requirements and preparation of training materials, Booking venues and managing all logistics for programs
6. Request nominations for programs and provide confirmation based on number of participants per session
7. Ensure attendance and feedbacks are taken for the session
