Job Opportunities: We are looking to hire in the following departments (You can share your area of interest and profile preference, however, the final role will be allocated after the assessment of your skills): • Sales: The function is sales driven and focuses on building relationships with partners where you will be responsible for driving business initiatives, handling quote requests, and achieving targets by serving the partner as a key relationship manager. You will also be expected to work on co-developing products for partners, analyzing and preparing reports, coordinating client connections, leading process and tech integrations needed for the partner to succeed, and managing the month-end closing process. Job Location: Maharashtra
Strategy and Business Planning: We are looking for a people who can pick one of the below or other activities performed by the central teams:
a) We are looking for someone with a knack for developing using SQL. You will own the entire development of CLIQ dashboards for our organization. Anybody with a good knowledge of dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. will be a great fit for the role.
b) You can get an opportunity to manage initiatives across performance management, sales communications, and partner engagement. The role will require you to develop and publish MIS for the teams and coordinate with internal sales colleagues regarding data collection.
c) The team will expect you to coordinate with sales colleagues and brokers for initiating conversations regarding partnerships and activation of dealers. You will be contributing to the strategizing process by maintaining market intelligence by interacting with partners, gathering feedback from the ground sales team, anchoring sales campaigns, tracking key metrics defined for the team, developments in the segment and suggesting corrective actions wherever required.
