Interview Date: 12th July 2021 to 16th July 2021 between 11.00 am to 3.00 pm
Mode of Interview: Face to Face Discussion
- Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing
- Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job portals, social network and advertisement
- Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skill sets
- Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process
- Ensuring timely follow ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of interview
- Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them onboard without fail
- Sending updates weekly basis to show current hiring status
- Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and analytical skills
Salary Details: Starting 3 months during on-job training, The Salary we can discuss as per your performance in interview along with attractive Incentive and if the employee achieved their goal within a month of time, the incentives will be credited along with the salary.
Once completed six months and based on your performance, the salary will be revised according to the market standard
