Intern Strategic Operations
Infogain is seeking a Strategic Operations intern to assist with strategic operations, delivery operations and other functional coordination. In this role, you will ensure that logistical needs are met, supporting a variety of delivery units, identifying and improving process gaps. You will be an essential part of the smooth ongoing operations of our business and will assist in transforming processes to improve efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Assist with regular tracking of corporate performance KPIs and strategic initiatives across the organization
- Assist with liaising and supporting the different delivery units to achieve their objectives
- Assist with coordinating timely review and presenting dashboard to leadership team and management
- Analyze business reports and financial data. Identify gaps and proposing corrective actions
- Providing support in departmental annual plan tracking
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, an undergraduate or graduate program abroad, e.g. in the US, Australia etc. OR a leading India-based university such as IIT, IIM, or BITS.
- Experience with Business and Financial ratio Analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete multi-step projects with limited supervision
- Ability to interact with CXOs and senior leadership
