What are we looking for?

We’re looking for HRBP who will support the delivery unit to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to deliver results. This work includes, but not limited to, providing change leadership, talent management and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
  • Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues.
  • Implement and administer policies/procedures and programs.
  • Plan, manage and provide continuous support in performance management and talent development.
  • Work with line managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
  • Create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support on HR related matters, policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on approach
  • Success in driving employee relations, retention, and reward programs
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Ability to identify problems and drive the same to a logical closure independently.
