Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle & Resolve Employee queries related to HR Shared Services Department over a call, emails & tool/app driven
- Maintain Call reports & update the tracker regularly in Tool
- Follow the SOPs & Provide feedback if any
- Identify Employees needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Call etiquettes/service oriented mindset and open for multi-tasking

- Excellent Verbal & Written communication skill
- Proactive, Quick, Service Oriented &Problem-Solving Approach
- Manage huge volume of calls/Employee queries
- Knowledge of HR operations/Process/employee life-cycle
