Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle & Resolve Employee queries related to HR Shared Services Department over a call, emails & tool/app driven
  • Maintain Call reports & update the tracker regularly in Tool
  • Follow the SOPs & Provide feedback if any
  • Identify Employees needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Call etiquettes/service oriented mindset and open for multi-tasking

  • Excellent Verbal & Written communication skill
  • Proactive, Quick, Service Oriented &Problem-Solving Approach
  • Manage huge volume of calls/Employee queries
  • Knowledge of HR operations/Process/employee life-cycle
