Description
Urgent job need for an Associate - HRSS available with one of renowned MNC client with global presence available on direct rolls of our company Software Data(India) Ltd.
Preference to early joiners only.
Job Skills:
Good knowledge of HRIS (SAP, Oracle, Taleo) systems.
Experience in HR Operations, process improvements and operational excellence.
Role:
1. Responsible for day-to-day and operational deliverables of HRIS to transact Global process and respond to queries.
2. Contribute towards continuous improvement of processes.
3. Maintain the supporting documentation related to service requests and transactions.
4. Ensure employee data transactions are accurate and quality, compliance requirements are met.
5. Work in collaboration with business and people across different domains for seamless implementation of processes;
