Roles and Responsibilities
- Should able to handle End to End Recruitment
- Sourcing resumes through Job portals , other sources and references
- Conducting the first level of interviews and salary negotiations with prospective candidates
- Coordination / Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful on boarding.
- Coordinating with various departments for the hiring process and fulfilling the requirements.
- Prepare HR letters/ documents
- Ensure statutory compliance for PF withdrawal, Monthly challans
- Knowledge of EPF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity
- Payroll Process, preparing salary slips
- Employee Engagement
- Maintain training records, training needs and facilitate further employee training
- Maintain /Update Leave Record
- Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Position : Executive - HR
Experience : 1 year & above
Industry : Preferable Service Industry, Exposure in Blue collar recruitment & transaction activities
Joining time : Immediate
