Sourcing & attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc, Conducting Preliminary interviews & filtering candidates for open positions. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. Assist in HR all functions.
Required Candidate profile
Experience minimum 1 year in recruitment, efficient in Keyword search
Proficient with basic knowledge of computer
Effective oral & written communication skills. Willing to learn
