Description
Handle on-boarding formalities for all new joiners
- Ensure all HR recruitment & operations adhere to legal standards
- Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
- Able to manage senior business stakeholders.
- Need to have very high persuasive and influencing skills
Candidate Specifications
- Should be willing to work on a contractual basis for 11 months under IndusInd Bank Payroll (Contract will be renewed basis performance)
- Post Graduation in HR is mandatory
- Aged below 30
- Freshers preferred
