Job Title : Pathologist (Part Time)
Location- Jalandhar
Reporting Supervisor : Chief Administrator / Functional Reporting: Director- Laboratory Medicine
JOB PURPOSE : Support to all fields of medicine.
Core Responsibilities
- To provide timely and accurate services to the patients & service users.
- To demonstrate effective application of professional knowledge and clinical acumen.
- To keep abreast with latest research, development & techniques in the field.
- To ensure service excellence with high standard of customer service (reduce waiting time, no negative occurrence, Proactive ness).
- To ensure smooth running of the department.
- To ensure that test methodologies are followed in 100% of samples.
- To facilitate teaching and training programs to subordinates.
- To ensure optimum utilization of resources by self and subordinates.
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
- To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
- To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
- To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Program (DMP) of the hospital.
- To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
- To Comply with patient safety policy
- To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Report accuracy 100%
- Reports on time 99%
- Dashboard measures & TAT as per Sparsh NABH & LIMS quality initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DNB in Pathology/ Equivalent Qualification
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
