Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Calling customers for various sales and service-related campaigns.
• Targets on conversions and cross-selling.
• Cross-selling of various bank products.
• Responsible for quality communication and customer service within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
• Ensure customer "delight" and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/ issues.
• Shift timings - 9.30am to 6.30pm

• Graduates with good English communication.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
• Candidate should have a pleasing personality and should be presentable.
• Should be dedicated and display integrity.
• Willingness to learn with an attitude of continuous improvement.
